Akshay Kumar to star in Priyadarshan’s comeback film?

Khiladi Akshay Kumar has apparently reunited with national award-winning filmmaker Priyadarshan on the latter’s return��to Bollywood. The director has been on a sabbatical since his last hindi release ‘Rangrezz'(2013).

The upcoming venture which is yet to be titled is reportedly to be produced by Rohit Shetty and helmed by Priyadarshan.��Reports which are circulating suggest��the film will follow Priyadarshan’s popular theme of being a situational comedy, however it may face some delays due to the ‘Airlift'(2016) superstar’s prior commitments. The duo have previously given the box office cult classics, in which Kumar was seen giving some of the most notable performances of his career such as ‘Garam Masala'(2005), ‘Hera Pheri'(2000) and ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa'(2007).

Kumar is currently busy with promotions for his next release ‘Rustom’ in which he will be seen opposite on Ileana D’ Cruz. Rustom is scheduled for release on 12th August.
