Akshay Kumar on homosexuality: “We all are one”

Akshay Kumar has given his viewers on homosexuality and said it is perfectly normal.

Kumar, who plays a homosexual character in ‘Dishoom’ said that no stereotypes should be attached while playing such roles.

Talking to The Indian Express, Kumar said, ���I have never understood how lot of people do a caricature of homosexuality with their hands bend. Homosexuals are as normal as all of us. We are all one. So I have never understood why play that kind of a caricature. Even in Rustom, we haven�۪t shown a Parsi caricature.�۝

Elaborating further on his role in ‘Dishoom’, Kumar said, “I am glad all liked it. I try to do different things. When I get up in the morning, I want to do something different. If a script is good and I like the screenplay I will do it.”

Kumar is getting ready for his next film ‘Rustom’ – out next weekend.
