Akshay Kumar has been confirmed to star in the biopic of T-Series founder, Gulshan Kumar, who was shot dead in 1997.
The film, which goes on the floors after ‘Padman’, will see Kumar playing the lead in ‘Mogul’, produced by Gulshan’s wife Sudesh Kumari.
‘Mogul’ will be directed by Subhash Kapoor and is set for release in 2018.
Incidentally, Akshay made his debut in Bollywood with ‘Saugandh’ helmed by Gulshan Kumar.
