Akaal TV joins BARB

Akaal TV has joined UK television audience measuring body, BARB.

The Sikh religious and culture channel will officially begin reporting official viewing data from today (13th July 2015).

Akaal TV is a free-to-air channel, available on Sky channel 843. Akaal TV provides community programming including religious, education, cultural and entertainment. Akaal TV is the UK�۪s first television station under Sri Akaal Takht Sahib.

It will be interesting to see how Akaal TV’s viewing figures compare with The Sikh Channel, which currently delivers a reach of an average 200,000 viewers per week.
