Ajay Bhalwankar quits ZEE TV to join Sony TV?

ZEE TV’s programming head, Ajay Bhalwankar, has quit the channel with speculation rife that he could be set to join Sony Entertainment Television Asia.

Sources at ZEE TV confirmed to IndianTelevision that Bhalwankar has resigned.

Bhalwankar was elevated to ZEE TV programming head in April 2008, replacing Ashvini Yardi, who moved to Viacom18 as Colors’ programming head.
