Aditi Rao Hydari is all geared up to groove on a special song to be choreographed by the legendary Saroj Khan.
Khan approached Aditi Rao Hydari to perform in a special song for Mrinal Kulkarni’s Marathi period film ‘Rama Madhav’, which the actress approved immediately.
Khan was mesmerized with Rao Hydari’s performance in a song choreographed by her for a southern film, so she once again roped her in to dance in the special song keeping in mind her ‘classic beauty’ and her training in ‘classical dance’.
“The characters, their clothes, etc are all exactly like it was in the 17th century. Given this, Aditi’s special song showcases her in a beautiful classic lehanga-choli with exquisite gold jewellery, right from the maang teeka to the round nose rings,” a source told Bollywood Life.
“Keeping the look in mind and the fact that she needed a beautifully trained classical dancer, Sarojji immediately requested Aditi to do the song and the actress was happy to do it. Her classic beauty coupled with the fact that she’s a trained classical dancer, all the pieces just fit in beautifully,” the source added.
Khan is known for bringing out the best in some of the dancing divas of Bollywood including Madhuri Dixit and Aishwariya Rai Bachchan.
