Abu Dhabi TV removed from Sky Digital EPG

Abu Dhabi TV has abruptly been removed from the Sky Digital EPG today.

The channel, which has been broadcasting on channel 796 for many years, is likely to return on the EPG slot as it is stil currently broadcasting on a seperate frequency.

In these instances, BSkyB remove channels from the EPG over either non-payment or insufficient programming data for the channel’s TV guide. It is not yet known why Abu Dhabi TV has been removed.

Abu Dhabi TV is an entertainment channel broadcasting drama, documentaries, plus political news and current affairs.
