After experiencing success with his directorial venture ‘Taare Zameen Par’ (2007), Aamir Khan is reportedly looking at scripts for him to direct next.
The actor who is currently working on ‘Dhoom 3’ (2013) and ‘Peekay’ (2013) is said to be meeting with scriptwriters and listening to narrations at his Santacruz office. According to a source at Times Of India, “He has made it clear that he needs at least 30 scripts on his table by the time he wraps up Peekay. He will shortlist a few from there, before picking on the one that he thinks will do justice to his directorial skills.”
The source added, “He has made it clear that he is open to films from all genres, and budget is certainly not a constraint. But the script has to pass through several layers of checks before he greenlights it.”
