Aamir Khan gives nod to star in ‘Bombay Talkies’

Aamir Khan has signed for ‘Bombay Talkies’ – a special film celebrating 100 years of Indian cinema.

According to Mid-Day, the actor was deliberating over the idea of working in the film for over a year. He has finally given the green signal to be part of the cast.

A source told the publication, “Aamir has already shot for his part in the film on Saturday. It was earlier assumed that it would be for the same part that Ranbir was initially supposed to do. However, it is something totally novel. Having him on board will just add more charm to the film.”

Another source said, “The talks with him went on for a long time. He has been really busy with his other films. But when he managed to find some time, he shot for it.”
