Aakanksha Singh in SRK’s next with Atlee Kumar?

Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming movie, reportedly directed by Atlee Kumar, is fast becoming one of the most anticipated films in recent times. And after securing Nayanthara for the movie, reports also say that the makers have approached Aakanksha Singh about joining the cast as well.

Singh, who previously appeared in Varun Dhawan’s ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania,’ was recently in the news after being cast in Ajay Devgn’s ‘MayDay,’ reports Box Office Worldwide. A source close to project said, “Filmmakers are always looking for fresh pairings and fresh faces. Given the fact that Aakanksha has not been seen much on the big screen it is quite possible that the makers decided to approach her for a part.”

In regards to Singh’s role, the source added, “Right now talks are still on and Aakanksha is yet to sign the dotted line. Once she comes on board for the film will details of her role be made available.”

Khan will play a double role in the current untitled project. However, according to sources, Atlee has given the film a working title of ‘Jawaan’.
