Zing to launch six new shows in September

To ensure viewer fatigue doesn�۪t set in, Zing has scheduled six new shows to launch in September in a bid to freshen up its schedule.

The ZEE Network owned music and lifestyle channel will be launching the new shows from Tuesday 6th September.

First will be the launch of two new shows ‘Screen & Beyond’ and ‘Fanography’. The first will feature information about stars that includes their passion and hobbies, plus tastes in music and other interests outside their film shoots. The latter will see stars talking about whom they idolise and which celebs they look up to. Both shows will air Tuesday and Sunday evenings.

‘The Big Picture’ will air Thursday evenings at 19:00 and will highlight the movie releasing that week at cinemas. It will be interspersed with behind-the-scenes clippings, star interviews and film trailers. The show starts on 8th September.

‘Trendsetters’ will be anchor based bi-weekly show featuring the latest trends of Bollywood in a Top 5 format ranging from Top 5 celebrities to film hits to fashion to twitter quotes and gossip. The show will air Saturdays at 17:00 from 10th September.

‘Bollywood Families’ will be a 30-minute show delving into the lives of Bollywood stars and their family connections. Featuring interviews with personalities connected to each family. The show will air Sunday evenings at 18:00, starting 11th September.

‘Bollywood Cut’ will air Sunday mornings in a 60-minute slot. It will showcase an entire film in a whirlwind format. The show starts on 11th September at 10:30.
