Zing to add movies in Sunday evening slot

Standing high as the most watched Asian music and lifestyle channel in the UK, Zing is set to intensify the war by adding extra movies to its schedule from next month.

Starting Sunday 3rd November, Zing will introduce a new Sunday night movie band showcasing latest Bollywood blockbusters. It will replace the current ‘Sunset Tunes’ music playlist show, which sits in the 20:00 slot.

Currently, Zing broadcasts movies on weekday mornings at 11:00 (12:00 on weekends). The film slots have been doing well for the channel and with this new strategy, Zing hopes to build its audience further.
