ZEEL board come out in support of Ashok Kurien & Manish Chokhani

The board of ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited has come out in support of its former Non-Executive Directors, Ashok Kurien and Manish Chokhani.

Exchange4Media reports that the two had been hit by allegations made by certain proxy advisory firms. The report adds that the two were accused of misgovernance, non accountability for losses, wrongful high compensation of ZEE Managing Director Punit Goenka as well as failure to deal with governance concerns.
