ZEE5 expands Chief Business Officer Manish Kalra’s role to include global markets

In a strategic move to accelerate its global reach, OTT platform ZEE5 has expanded Chief Business Officer Manish Kalra’s role to include international markets in addition to India.

The decision comes following the departure of Archana Anand, who served as ZEE5’s Global Chief Business Officer for nearly a decade and played a pivotal role in establishing the platform’s presence beyond India.

In his enhanced role, Kalra will oversee ZEE5’s strategic growth in global markets, focusing on engaging audiences across diverse regions, fostering key partnerships, and driving further market expansion. With OTT consumption soaring worldwide, especially in emerging markets, Kalra’s mandate will be to position ZEE5 as a go-to platform for diverse, high-quality content that resonates with both local and international viewers.
