ZEE UK terminates its 15 channels from YuppTV platform

ZEE UK has confirmed to BizAsiaLive.com that it has terminated 15 of its channels from the online video platform, YuppTV.
According to ZEE UK, a termination notice was given to YuppTV USA Inc on 5th December 2022 on account of non-payment of huge subscription fee. The channels were deactivated on the platform on 9th January 2023.
BizAsiaLive.com understands that ZEE UK has now initiated legal action to recover its legitimate dues.

The ZEE channels have been available on YuppTV since June 2021. Going forward, the ZEE channels will continue to be available on Sky, Sky Glass, Virgin Media, BT, ZEE5 and various cable/IPTV platforms in mainland Europe.
