ZEE partners up with LIFF

ZEE UK has been confirmed as the official TV partner of this year’s London Indian Film Festival (LIFF)for the second year running.

The festival now in its third year is taking place in London between 20th June and 3rd July. The event is held to showcase the best of new Indian independent films, especially made by a younger generation of filmmakers.

Talking about its partnership with ZEE, London Indian Film Festival director, Cary Rajinder Sawhney said, “LIFF is pleased to strengthen our relationship for the second year with Europe’s widest reaching Asian satellite TV channel, ZEE, with whom we share many common goals, including bringing to UK audiences, the very best of Indian cinema.”

The festival is funded by the Arts Council, National Lottery, Satyajit Ray Foundation, BFI, Film London, Grange hotels, Western Union, Sanona, Nehru Centre, Cineworld, Incredible India and partnered with BAFTA, Tate Modern, ICA, Watermans and ZEE Cinema/Zing.
