ZEE TV’s Lipstick & Kittie Party extended

ZEE TV UK is fast forwarding a lot of its soaps in a move to catch up with ZEE TV India. The latest shows to get the fast lane treatment are Kittie Party and Lipstick.

From June both Kittie Party and Lipstick will be extended to a 45 minute capsule, which will include two episodes in one slot. This will also result in the demise of Kittie Party, which has been floundering lately in the ratings. Kittie Party will commence at 22:00, ending at 22:45, with Lipstick starting straight after and finishing at 23:30.

Prior to this, Astitva Ek Prem Kahani and Piya Ka Ghar were shown five days a week to be on par with episodes being shown on ZEE TV India. A lot of ZEE TV’s new shows such as Lavanya, Hum Sab Bharati and Tum Bin Jaon Kahan coincide with ZEE TV India.

From June 2004, note the following changes:
04:30-05:30 Lipstick (r)
11:00-12:00 Kittie Party (r)
17:00-18:00 Lipstick (r)
22:00-22:45 Kittie Party
22:45-23:30 Lipstick
