ZEE TV UK to introduce 90-minute Bengali content strand
ZEE TV UK is set to launch a new Bengali programme strand starting from Monday 3rd July 2023.
The three shows from sister channel, ZEE Bangla will air in the evening slot from 17:00 until 18:30. ‘Neem Phooler Madhu’ will air at 17:00. It revolves around Alokparna and Srijan, who have an arranged marriage. Despite being complete opposites, they fall in love amidst the bitter-sweet surprises life throws at them.
The second show ‘Jagadharti’ has been pitted in the 17:30 slot. Behind the facade of running an NGO for hearing and speech impaired children, the demure Jagadhatri Sanyal is, in reality, a fiery intelligence officer code-named JAS.

The third offering will be ‘Gouri Elo’ at 18:00. Gouri has unflinching faith in Maa Kaali, while Ishan is a doctor, with a scientific bent of mind. Despite the duo being starkly opposite, destiny brings them together to change people’s lives.
ZEE TV UK will also be reshuffling its primetime schedule, with the addition of new show ‘Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyay Shiv Shakti”. Read here for the full story.
