ZEE TV announces the launch date new reality show ‘Kahaani Har Ghar Ki’

With the unveiling of its refreshed brand identity, Aapka Apna ZEE, ZEE TV is poised to break the silence with its latest reality format, ‘Kahaani Har Ghar Ki’. Presented by the much-loved Juhi Parmar, the show provides women with a safe and respectful platform to share their personal journeys. Produced by ZEE Studios, ‘Kahaani Har Ghar Ki’ premieres on 1st September.

Over the years, Juhi Parmar has been celebrated for her relatable and empowering portrayals. In this series, she returns not merely as an actress but as ‘Aapki Juhi’, a listener, mentor, and compassionate guide who fosters a nurturing environment where women feel heard, understood, and supported.

Each episode features the story of a real woman, exploring themes such as emotional neglect, family pressures, relationship challenges, and career sacrifices. Through candid conversations and insights from psychologists and special guests, the show seeks to dismantle stereotypes, inspire empathy, and encourage reflection within households.

At the press conference, members of the media experienced the show’s sensitivity through an immersive audio storytelling format—listening to a real-life conflict left unresolved. Just as anticipation grew, Juhi Parmar took to the stage to emphasise the importance of acknowledging the unheard voices of women today.

Raghavendra Hunsur, Chief Creative Officer of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd, remarked, “Every individual carries stories of struggle, silent pain, unspoken battles, as well as resilience, courage, and hope. ‘Kahaani Har Ghar Ki’ is more than a show—it is a shoulder to lean on, a friend who listens, and a space where unheard voices find empathy. From women fighting battles in relationships, careers, and society, to unsung heroes who have quietly triumphed—we bring their truths to light. Through this platform, we hope to remind every viewer that however arduous the journey, there is always a path forward. This show is our gift of listening, understanding, and celebrating the spirit of survival and strength.”

Mangesh Kulkarni, Chief Channel Officer of Zee TV, added, “At Zee TV, we strive to deliver content with purpose—programmes that resonate with our audience and are firmly rooted in reality. With the launch of ‘Kahaani Har Ghar Ki’, we take a step towards creating a space for conversations often left unspoken within Indian households. Scheduled at early prime time, the show reflects our commitment to forging deeper emotional connections by shining a light on genuine issues and empowering individuals to share their truths daily. It features real people and authentic emotions, and we believe this format, guided by Juhi Parmar’s empathetic presence, will strike a meaningful chord with audiences nationwide.”

Juhi Parmar shared, “Throughout my career, I have portrayed many characters that have resonated deeply with Indian women, but ‘Kahaani Har Ghar Ki’ is particularly special because it allows me to connect with real stories and genuine emotions on a profound and personal level. Sometimes, all a woman needs is a safe space in which to speak her truth, and this show offers precisely that. I feel honoured to be part of a format that not only inspires but also fosters empathy and meaningful conversations across households throughout the country. What makes it even more empowering is that women can reach out via a toll-free number we have introduced, allowing their stories to be heard and potentially featured on the show.”
