ZEE scoops major movie rights

It’s about getting one over another channel! After B4U
Movies and Sony Entertainment Television Asia announced
their line-up of blockbuster movies, it’s the turn now
for ZEE Network to brag about their latest
acquisitions. In quite a surprising move, ZEE Network
has reserved the rights of last year’s mega hit movie
Munnabhai MBBS, this after B4U Movies claiming to win
the movie.

A string of other superhits will also be screened on the
number one entertainment network in Europe. The films
are Pinjar, Aetbaar, Raja Bhaiya, I – Proud to be
Indian, Rudraaksh, Paisa Vasool, Pittah, Hawa, Samay,
Tum, Fun2shh, Ishq Hai Tumse and Jaal The Trap.

Out of last year’s four hit movies, two (Baghban and Koi
Mil Gaya) have gone to Sony Entertainment Television
Asia and B4U Movies. The third (Munnabhai MBBS) has now
gone to ZEE Network, which leaves last year’s mammoth
blockbuster Kal Ho Naa Ho, who will bag this?

According to industry experts, ZEE Network is in the
forefront to walk away with the huge film.
