ZEE News launches on Sky Digital EPG

Hindi news service, ZEE News has made a surprise launch on the Sky Digital EPG today.

The channel, which was testing for the past couple of weeks has officially made its launch on EPG 856. Currently, it is simulcasting with the main India service but BizAsia sources understand that local bulletins will be added to the schedule in weeks to come.

ZEE News is a premium service, which will be sold as part of the ZEE bundle, when viewers subscribe to ZEE TV, ZEE Cinema and ZEE Punjabi.

Official broadcasting of ZEE News in UK will commence late June-early July.

At the time of filing this article, BizAsia was awaiting a response from ZEE Network about ZEE News.
