ZEE Network to show blockbuster Bewaffa

It’s been confirmed that ZEE Network has acquired the TV rights to this year’s successful Boney Kapoor produced movie Bewaffa. The emotional drama starring Anil Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor and Sushmita Sen heads the line-up for ZEE in the coming weeks.

The news follows the network’s recent movie acquisitions Swades and Kisna.

The blockbuster romantic flick did stupendous business at the UK box office but failed to live up to expectations in India. The film is expected to be shown as ZEE Cinema’s Movie of the Month in June.
