ZEE Network to revive movie distribution deal

After the huge distribution successes of ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’, ‘Gadar- Ek Prem Katha’ and the recently released ‘Kaafila’, ZEE Network will now re-activate its movie distribution business.

Its been a few years since ZEE Network had announced a departure from promoting movies but today it has made a complete u-turn on its previous plans.

The movie initiatives will fall under ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Ltd (ZEEL).

Earlier it had scrapped a movie distribution deal with Rajshri Pictures after a slate of movies not turning profitable that were channelised through the pipeline.
