ZEE Muzic adds movies to its schedule

ZEE Muzic has begun airing movies as part of new changes on the channel.

The movies will be shown at 12:00 midday on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. From July, Saturday midday movies will be shifted to Sundays. It�۪s the first time ZEE Network UK will air movies free-to-air. ZEE Cinema will continue as a premium channel.

Generally television channels muster in big crowds when movies are shown and broadcasters rely on these to garner new viewers. It now seems ZEE Muzic is implementing this very strategy to its UK beam for this reason. ZEE Muzic India already screens movies a part of its regular line-up. ZEE Muzic is also making way for Zing, the name it will be morphed into. ZEE Muzic will also be repositioned to a Hindi lifestyle service in the coming months.
