ZEE India acquires distrubition for movie ‘Ek

ZEE Network India will be distributing K Sera Sera’s ‘Ek – The Power of One’, when the movie releases in November.

According to the website Business Of Cinema, the Nana Patekar and Bobby Deol starer will be distributed in India by ZEE Network and overseas by Eros International.

Director Sangeeth Sivan said, “The total budget of the film went up to Rs 110 – 120 million (Rs 11 – 12 crores) and the aggregate amount for distribution is around Rs 180 million (Rs 18 crores).”

The film is about an orphan turned assassin who somehow gets wrongly accused of a politician’s murder and the mystery unfolds. The assassin is played by Bobby Deol while Nana Patekar will be seen essaying the police inspector’s character.
