ZEE Cinema India to air WWE in Hindi
Popular movies channel, ZEE Cinema will broadcast World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) with Hindi commentary, in India.
In India, ZEE’s Ten Sports channel holds the rights for the sport and as of Sunday 13th September, ZEE Cinema will broadcast WWE in Hindi between 19:00 – 21:00.
IndianTelevision reports that ZEE Network wanted to push a niche property to a wider audience via its popular movies channel. ZEE Cinema is currently India’s second most watched Hindi movies channel. Previously, rivals like MAX and Star Gold have shown sport too such as Indian Premier League and Pro Kabaddi League respectively.
