ZEE Cine Awards 2006 schedule announced

The countdown for this year’s much awaited film awards – the ZEE Cine Awards 2006 has truly begun.

As revealed exclusively by Biz Asia last month, the ZEE Cine Awards this year will be held in sunny Mauritius on Saturday 4th March 2006. Special programming surrounding the ceremony will begin later this month to coincide with the big day.

Starting from Monday 27th February right the way through to Friday 3rd March, ZEE TV will begin a daily half an hour capsule at 16:00 (repeated on ZEE Cinema at 09:30 on the following day) showcasing the nominees from the mega event. Full nominations list were also revealed exclusively first on Biz Asia last month and can be found here.

Preceding the main event on Saturday 4th March, ZEE TV will screen the Red Carpet Event at 20:00. The show will feature star interviews minutes before the event takes off. This will then be followed by the main event on the same night at 20:30.

Looks like another magnificent show in the offing!
