Zarina Wahab on allegations against Aditya & Sooraj Pancholi:

Zarina Wahab has spoken out about the ongoing allegations against husband Aditya Pancholi and son Sooraj Pancholi.

Reported on Hindustan Times, Wahab is certain that truth will eventually come out and show that both father and son are innocent, “Ultimately, the truth will prevail and shut everyone up”.

When asked how her husband is dealing with the rape allegation made against him, Wahab said, “I know what the truth is. Sach ko jhutla nahi sakte log. So why should I be upset about liars? We’re a part of the [film] industry, and there are good things and bad things around us. Every person faces problem — some face it more than others. It’s not that only I’ve got problems in life. We just have to face such problems with courage. If we don’t, then living our life would be difficult.”

Despite having to face the media and public, Wahab shares that the ordeal is affecting the family, “Nothing is in our hands. The cases are in the court and we will have to let the court decide. But I believe in one thing, Satyameva Jayate. I’m confident that the truth will come out.”

As for Jnr Pancholi who is involved with the suicide case of then girlfriend Jiah Khan, made his debut in Salman Khan’s production ‘Hero’ (2015), but it has taken a while for him to secure his next role. After four years Pancholi will be seen in his second film, ‘Satellite Shankar’ which is slated to release this year. Reflecting on this, Wahab doesn’t think all is lost and recalls on a saying her mother would use, “She used to say that ‘acche logon ka upar wala imtehaan leta hain’. I know there has been a gap in his career but whatever happens, happens for the good. He was a kid when he started, now he is getting mature and can manage himself better.”
