Zarina Wahab hits back at Kangna Ranaut

Kangna Ranaut sparked controversy last week after her fiery interview on ‘Aap Ki Adalat’ last week.

With names such as Hrithik Roshan, Aditya Pancholi and Adhyayan Suman being brought up in the interview, Zarina Wahab is the latest to hit back at the actress. In the interview, Ranaut said she had confided in Wahab after Pancholi’s abusive behaviour got too much. She then later was reported to have said that Wahab considered Ranaut like a daughter.

Pinkvilla reports Wahab talking out for the first time. She said, “I was going through some articles on my mobile and I read Kangana has said ‘She (Zarina) used to treat her (Kangana) like a daughter… This is completely untrue! When I knew she was dating my husband, how could I say she was like my daughter? That is ridiculous! Usually, I don’t react to such things, but these two things have been really upsetting! I was very upset when I read it! She was dating my husband (Aditya) for four-and-a-half-years. How could I say she was like my daughter? She has told national television that she’s (Kangana) like my daughter (Sana)… What nonsense is Kangana talking about?”

She added, “There was no question of that happening. If she was dating my husband, how could she come to me? People who talk like this should have some brains. I met Kangana a few times because my husband wanted me to take her to Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

First of all, I never discuss my problems even with my own sisters. Who is she (Kangana) to me that I would discuss with her whether I was happy that my husband was not coming home? What nonsense is she talking about? I should not say anything about her. These things are really bugging me! I am not that stupid to treat her like my daughter! Am I going around blindfolded, oblivious to the goings on in the world? I know what happened, but I don’t react and that’s a different thing. Everybody has a different way of dealing with life, and my way is different from others. I read this on Google and I reacted. Otherwise, I am the last person to react.”

Ranaut’s next ‘Simran’ is out this weekend.
