YRF’s blockbuster ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ moves to Star TV

Yash Raj Films’ cult-classic, ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ has sensationally moved from Sony Pictures Networks to Star TV.

As a part of Yash Raj Films’ exclusive deal with its new partner, Star TV, a number of classic film titles and latest Bollywood hits have shifted to the Disney-owned company. Over the past few months, the first lot of Yash Raj Films’ aired on Star TV include ‘Mardaani 2’ and ‘War’. However, recently, the broadcaster has delved into the archive with ‘Dhoom 3’ premiering on Star Gold last week.

Now, the 1995 Bollywood blockbuster ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, has been confirmed to air on Star Gold India on Sunday 11th July at midday. A UK telecast is yet to be confirmed.

Furthermore, the broadcaster will also air ‘Gunday’ starring Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra Jonas on Friday 9th July on Star Gold India.
