YRF film title not known by SRK-Katrina-Anushka

Never before has the title of a film been such a huge topic of conversation but Yash Chopra’s next has become so. Although a well-guarded secret, one would assume that the main leads of the movie would know the name of the film that is nearly at completion. However, BizAsia has learnt that this is not the case and neither Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif nor Anushka Sharma are aware of the film’s title.

According to the Times of India, a source revealed, “Yashji likes to keep things under wraps, so he isn’t revealing the title to anyone, not even his actors. Whenever anyone asks, he just smiles and says, ‘We will all know soon.’ All official communication regarding the film refers to it as ‘a new production'”. A spokesperson for the production house has also confirmed that Chopra has a title in mind but he hasn’t divulged it to anyone.

Khan had commented a few days ago, “‘We want a title to mean something that can’t be destroyed – like love and belief. Yashji has something in mind. For now, it’s important to know that it’s my film and it’s coming out on Diwali. Naam mein kya rakha hai? “

The lack of a title seems to be working in the film’s favour because the buzz around it has been heightened for some time. Khan, Kaif and Sharma have been filming in Ladakh of late for what are thought to��be the climax scenes of the forthcoming film.
