Yo Yo Honey Singh clears fake death rumours

With social media taking the world by storm, rapper, singer and actor Yo Yo Honey Singh was the recent celebrity to be targeted with fake rumours of his death circulating through media sites.

Having just had his acting debut film ‘The Xose’ (2014) released, a number of Tweets had been doing the rounds stating that Singh had been involved in a fatal car accident, with pictures of the rapper lying on a hospital bed being attached. However, the rapper has promptly put an end to the hoax and Tweeted, “News of Yo Yo’s accident is a fake rumour must be spread by some haters. Please don’t bother and Keep blessing YoYo.”

Singh is now amongst a list of other celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Hrithik Roshan, and Lata Mangeshkar to name a few, who have all been victims of death hoaxes.
