‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ actor Ribbhu Mehra back into action post injury

Ribbhu Mehra, who plays the role of Nikhil on ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’, is currently not in the best of health. The actor, who had hurt himself during a game show, is recuperating from his injuries in Delhi, his hometown.

“I am on a break and recovering from my injuries in Delhi. My family is here to take care of me. Also, it’s always not possible to visit home during my shooting schedule. So, after a year, I am at home and enjoying my time here. It’s fun to meet friends and relatives after so long. But I am almost fine now and will soon back fly to Mumbai,” Mehra said in his statement.

While talking about his injury, the actor said, “I had a sling around my shoulder and had severely injured my shoulder and arm and hence I was not able to take up any work. But now I am set to spring back into action and take up a role that is challenging for me to play.”

Mehra was seen as an antagonist creating havoc in the lives of Ishita, Raman and Ruhi in the hit show ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’. The actor was seen wooing Ruhi in the show to seek revenge from her father Raman Bhalla.
