‘Yeh Ballet’ director accuses Deepika Padukone’s Levis ad of plagiarism
The director of Netflix’s ‘Yeh Ballet’, Sooni Taraporevala, has accused the new Levis ad, starring Deepika Padukone, of plagiarism.
Taking to Instagram, Taraporevala said that the ad is “intellectual theft” from her film and the similarities are there for all to see in her photo posts.
There was an admission on a different post that the brief from the director of the ad wanted something like ‘Yeh Ballet’ and that was the brief of the advertisement.
