Writer of ‘East is East’ returns with ‘All in Good Time’

The talented writer of the much-loved ‘East is East’ (1999), Ayub Khan Din, is set to re-create some more of his comical magic with the forthcoming, ‘All In Good Time’.

The movie -��a StudioCanal release -��is an adaptation of the award-winning play, ‘Rafta Rafta’, also penned by the Khan Din and follows the story of a newly-wed couple, Atul Dutt and his new��wife Vina. The couple are forced to return back to the Dutt household after their honeymoon is cancelled. What with interfering parents, nosey neighbours and meddling family members, the couple struggle to find some time to themselves. Will their marriage crumble under the pressure of no privacy?

Directed by Nigel Cole, of ‘Calendar Girls’ (2003) and ‘Made in Dagenham’ (2010) fame, the movie stars Meera Syal, Harish Patel, Reece Ritchie and Amara Khan in pivotal roles and is slated for release on 11th May.
