When Alia Bhatt was ignored

Alia Bhatt’s look in her next venture ‘Udta Punjab’ has already caused quite a stir. However, her look had an affect (or lack of) on people even before it was revealed.

“When we started shooting, I walked on to the sets and I was avoided by all. Nobody realised that it was me. Suddenly when I spoke to (Abhishek) Chaubey, everybody realised and took five steps back. They felt they had made a blunder,”��NDTV reported the actress explaining.

Bhatt plays a a girl from Bihar who want to be a professional Hockey player. Talking about how she plays her characters, she went on to say, “If a character is angry or upset or distraught, Alia doesn’t have anything to do with it because it is the character. I am comfortable doing whatever my character wants me to do.”

Also starring Shahid Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and Kareena Kapoor Khan, ‘Udta Punjab’ is set to release on 17th June.
