Web-series on 1983 World Cup in the works?
Director Kabir Khan’s upcoming film ‘83’ may be facing competition by an upcoming webseries also based on India’s win in the 1983 cricket world cup.
Not much is known about the project yet, but auditions are currently taking place. “I auditioned for a role, but I was not told about the production house. I had to sign an NDA,” an actor told Deccan Chronicle.
‘83’ stars Ranveer Singh as Kapil Dev and will release on 10th April, 2020.
