Vivek Oberoi to take on fatherly duties

Recently becoming a proud father of a son, Vivek Oberoi is deciding to take a break from work to spend time with his family.

Talking about the arrival of his son, Times of India��report the actor expressing, “At the end of nine months, when my son was born and I was there to receive him, he was crying. When he stopped crying and opened his eyes, my world actually came to a standstill.”

Despite working on two projects during his wife’s pregnancy, Oberoi made sure he wasn’t too far away from her, “Despite the fact that I was busy shooting, I used to make sure I was with her every time she went for her check-up. The first time we heard the heartbeat of the baby, watched him during sonography – all these things, we really enjoyed as a couple.”

Currently promoting ‘Jayantabhai Ki Luv Story’ followed by promotions for ‘Zila Ghaziabad’, audiences will be seeing a little less of Oberoi, as he attends to his family duties.
