Vivek Oberoi dubs for ‘Spider Man 2’

After playing the mega villain in Rakesh Roshan’s ‘Krrish 3’, Vivek Oberoi will now be lending his voice for the Hindi dubbed version of ‘The Amazing Spiderman 2’, in the role of villain Max Dillion/Electro, originally to be played by Jamie Foxx.

Talking to the media about the opportunity, Times of India��reported Oberoi explaining, “I have always been a huge fan of the Spider-Man comics and films. I am thrilled to see that the franchise has grown bigger and better with each film. Max Dillon/Electro is a fascinating and complex character and it will be interesting to face off with Spider-Man.”

When the makers of the film where contacted at the Hollywood studio, they also expressed their excitement for having the actor involved, “We are happy to have Vivek on board for the Hindi version of the film.” There’s no doubt in saying, Oberoi will do a good job with this project, however it can only leave one to wonder, will this be his ticket to Hollywood?
