Vishal Bhardwaj & Meghna Gulzar to team up again

Directors Vishal Bhardwaj and Meghna Gulzar proved to be a hit combination with their box office success, ‘Talvar’ (2015). The film��was produced and written��by Bhardwaj, and directed by Gulzar. Bhardwaj has been left so impressed with the director’s work, that he has gifted her another script.

Bhardwaj has finished working on a script on the 1999 IC 814 flight hijack,��and it was gifted to Gulzar on her birthday.��He told TOI, “I have been working on this script for seven years and it is dear to me. After ‘Talvar’, I knew that the only person who could direct it was Meghna. She has been looking for a story and this script is my gift to her for her birthday, which was on December 13th. I also have several other stories that I am passionate about and I am working on them. I would like to share them with people who I love and who can do justice to them.”

‘Talvar’ starred Konkona Sen Sharma, Irrfan Khan, and Tabu, and released on 14th September.
