Virgin Media to offer Bollywood on demand

Virgin Media has announced an agreement with Saavn, the world’s largest digital distributor of South Asian content, to make Bollywood films available on demand.

From July, Virgin Media’s Bollywood launch line-up will include Taare Zameen Par, Life In a��_ Metro, starring Shilpa Shetty, and the hugely popular, Race, one of the best performing Bollywood films ever, taking over �350,000 at the UK Box Office on its opening weekend in March this year.

Available as a dedicated section on Virgin Media’s on demand service, Bollywood enables viewers to choose from 30 hit film titles, to watch when they want, with further titles refreshed and added each month. Bollywood joins around 4600 hours of on demand content, including over 500 films, currently available from Virgin Media.
