Vinod Khanna to play Shah Rukh Khan & Varun Dhawan’s father?

There has been much speculation surrounding the casting of Rohit Shetty’s upcoming film, which will star Shah Rukh Khan and Varun Dhawan in lead roles. ��The latest on the front is that veteran actor Vinod Khanna has been signed on to play the father of Khan and Dhawan.

“This is an important role which drives the narrative forward and Rohit required someone with a strong personality who could effortlessly pull it off…��Most of his scenes are with his sons, played by SRK and Varun Dhawan. He’s a stern father with an unusual comedic timing and will be styled accordingly,” a source informed��Mumbai Mirror.

It is also being rumoured that while Kajol has been signed opposite Khan, either Kriti Sanon or Alia Bhatt will play Dhawan’s romantic interest.
