Vinod Khanna recovering well in hospital

When news emerged that Vinod Khanna had been admitted to hospital, speculation was rife as to what happened. With rumours doing the rounds of the actor suffering from different health condition including cancer, it has now been revealed that he had been admitted due to severe dehydration. It is learnt that the actor is recovering well in hospital.

Talking to the media, Deccan Chronicle reports Khanna’s son Rahul Khanna expressing, “Dad was hospitalised for severe dehydration. The situation was quickly brought under control, he’s doing much better and the doctors are looking to discharge him soon. Our family is most grateful for the extraordinary care he’s been receiving at the hospital and we are touched by all the good wishes pouring in.”

The spokesperson of Sir HN Reliance Foundation hospital had also revealed in a statement, “He is under the care of our doctors and has responded positively to the treatment and is now stable. His family thanks his well-wishers for the good wishes and requests to respect their privacy.”
