Vikas Gupta appointed new Programming Head at MTV India

Vikas Gupta has joined MTV India as the channel’s new Programming Head.

Indian Television.com states that Gupta will take up the role from 3rd February 2014 and will report directly to MTV India EVP and business head Aditya Swamy.

Gupta’s career span started as a trainee with Balaji Telefilms and then moved to DJ’s Creative Unit as an associate Creative Head. Since then, he returned to Balaji Telefilms as an Associate Creative Director. He turned to production and started his own banner ��� A Lost Boy Productions ��� almost three years ago.
