As news of cult film ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ (1994), being remade made the headlines, speculation has been rife that it could be director-producer Vikas Bahl who will helm the film. However it seems Bahl will only be producing the production under his banner Phantom Films.
When asked about directing the project,��Box Office India reported Bahl stating, “If I direct everything, what will the others at Phantom do? We have some great directors on board but it�۪s too early to talk about that. I have the ‘Super 30’ scripting happening right now.”
Though the film won’t be a direct adaptation of the 1994 film, Bahl went on to explain, “t�۪s a cult film and we at Phantom are very excited to work on it. We are currently developing ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ at Phantom. We will co-produce it with Vinay Sinha.”
