Vidya Balan on the pressures of delivering a successful film

Vidya Balan was appreciated in her last film ‘Tumhari Sulu’ which released last year. The actress, however, gave her take on delivering a successful film and it was interesting to say the least.

“I don’t look at it as any kind of a burden or responsibility. We work as a team and everyone is as important as an actor. And honestly, I don’t read much of what is printed in newspapers about how I fared in a film,” said Balan, according to Bombay Times.

Balan also talked about how celebrities are now that much more public, “Stars have become quite accessible now. So, people no longer feel the need to go to a theatre to watch a star. They want to go into the theatre to experience a good film and characters”.
