Vidya Balan in Mahesh Bhatt’s ‘Begum Jaan’

It was reported some time go that Vidya Balan would be seen in a Mahesh Bhatt film and now details have emerged. Balan will be seen in Bhatt’s ‘Begum Jaan’ in which she will be the brothel madam.

The film is a remake of Bengali film ‘Rajkahini’ (2015). It will be looking in to the lives of 11 brothel women during the time of the Bengal partition in 1947.

There will be eight other actresses in the film too.
