Vidya Balan denies that marriage is on the cards

When the ever popular Vidya Balan admitted to her relationship Siddharth Roy Kapur, speculation was inevitable that the two would tie the knot. However, the actress has gone on record to say that marriage is most definitely not something she sees happening to her in the near future.

“I am not going any where. When marriage happens, which is not on the cards anytime soon, I’ll inform the world about it,” the actress told Times of India. It was said not so long ago that Kapur had bought an apartment for his ladylove and it was said that this was actually a love nest for the two for when they tied the knot.

Balan also spoke about her role choices following the successes of ‘No One Killed Jessica’ (2011) and ‘The Dirty Picture’ (2011), “I choose roles that help me to be another person and when I find them compelling enough, then I go ahead and do them. There are great roles being written and I feel blessed if they come to me and I can make the most of them”.

The actress had piled on the pounds for her role in ‘The Dirty Picture’ but revealed that she has since become trim, “Voluptuous is beautiful. Ask the men, and you will get the answer… Since I could not hold so much in the first place, it went away during the promotion of the film! A couple of kilos which remain will go away after I do a few more films”.

Balan is currently busy with her forthcoming movie opposite Emraan Hashmi, ‘Ghanchakkar’.
