In Video: Ghoomar from ‘Padmavati’
The first song from the forthcoming Sanjay Leea Bhansali directorial ‘Padmavati’ has been unveiled.
The song is touted as the biggest in budget of all of the songs in the film and stars Shahid Kapoor and Deepika Padukone.
The song has the vocals of Shreya Ghoshal and showcases a dance form which is commonly performed by Rajput women. It is also a dance performed by a new bride when she first enters her husband’s home.
‘Padmavati’ also stars Ranveer Singh and releases on 1st December.
