Vicky Kaushal’s hectic filming schedule

After the success of ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ (2019), Vicky Kaushal is all set for another busy year, with a variety of films in the pipeline.

Reported by Deccan Chronicle, Kaushal is currently preparing for the biopic ‘Sardar Udham Singh’, however aligning dates to shoot for all his films is a proving a little tricky. “The Shoojit Sircar directorial — Sardar Udham Singh biopic — will be under way soon. Shoojit is also shooting for his film Gulabo Sitabo with Amitabh Bachchan and Ayushmann this year and hence Vicky has to take out time from his already busy date diary to ensure that the dates match. Matching dates is not easy because Vicky has to wrap his horror film for producer Karan Johar and then Karan’s directorial venture Takht. In between that, he has signed on Aditya Dhar’s Ashwathama for Ronnie Screwvala and has to film that too,” a close source told the publication.

‘Sardar Udham Singh’ is set to be filmed over a year, within this time apart from juggling the many films, Kaushal will also be expected to get shape for the character everytime he returns to shoot for the film. Sircar and his team shot the first look for the biopic in Russia following their recce.
